Paul McCartney Really is Dead: The Last Testament of George Harrison-Not a well edited little movie, but there were some album/song clues that I had never heard before.

I HATE when that happens--sometimes it takes a really long time to reload. For some strange reason it seems to happen to us more when we're watching a documentary :dunno:

Have been having a tough time with netflix instant. Spend ten minutes looking through their selection and find nothing then finally think of something I would like to see and do a search and it says not available.

just got this here email :undecided:

guess I'll be cancellin'

Dear Christopher,

We are separating unlimited DVDs by mail and unlimited streaming into two separate plans to better reflect the costs of each. Now our members have a choice: a streaming only plan, a DVD only plan, or both.

Your current $9.99 a month membership for unlimited streaming and unlimited DVDs will be split into 2 distinct plans:

Plan 1: Unlimited Streaming (no DVDs) for $7.99 a month
Plan 2: Unlimited DVDs, 1 out at-a-time (no streaming) for $7.99 a month

Your price for getting both of these plans will be $15.98 a month ($7.99 + $7.99). You don't need to do anything to continue your memberships for both unlimited streaming and unlimited DVDs.

These prices will start for charges on or after September 1, 2011.

You can easily change or cancel your unlimited streaming plan, unlimited DVD plan, or both, by going to the
Plan Change page in Your Account.

We realize you have many choices for home entertainment, and we thank you for your business. As always, if you have questions, please feel free to call us at 1-888-357-1516.

still cheaper than cable (which I refuse to pay for) If cable had an ala cart option,,I would go for that for the right price. I see no point in paying for shit which I do not watch.

Great idea for a thread. What I've ended up doing a lot lately is looking for movies knowing damn well Netflix wouldn't have 'em, and then looking for similar titles..

Last night we watched "Four Rooms" It was a little weird, but funny. Some nudity (more like 4 separate shorts loosely related than a full feature film).

The one before was Syriana (Matt Damon / George Clooney). Fiction. RE: US involvement in the Middle East. Spying. CIA. Oil. Terrorism. I liked it.

although this thread is looking for "good" movies, i had to warn anyone considering renting the wall st sequel -> DON'T.

aside from some cool NYC cinematography, it's absolute rubbish from start to finish. oliver stone should be ashamed of himself. motorcycle scene was a douche-chill moment.
