hmm... I guess so...
they're definitely not customer service oriented... but then again I'm judging based on a limited sample...
just had a terrible time there today...
I pay my auto insurance and it hasn't lapsed, but for some reason there's a glitch in the DMV computer that my registration has been revoked due to lack of coverage.
Today, I was pulled over for the second time this week, and this was the reason given. The officer was very nice and told me that I should physically go to DMV, so I did. They told me there's nothing they can do, it's between me and my insurance company...
so anyway... who knows. I talked to the insurance company the other night and they said they'd re-submit it the proof of insurance...
but like I said, they were supposed to have done it the first time and it didn't go through.
oh, I also did the online thing and it said that DMV had my proof...
whatevs.
