Are the directions for the VIP entrance the same? I'll be coming from the I-95 N exit 26. First time VIP so I never really paid attention if there are signs directing you where to go if you have a VIP pass.
Also, I'm hoping its not a problem to be directed to family camping from this entrance??

In the past, they were in separate locations.
i got put onto the wrong line one year, but they took care of that problem at the next one.

whoever got the VIP ticket e-mail should have gotten the directions sheet headed with.
Directions to Check in for Staff, Guests, Artists, VIP.

if you didn't get them, i'd e-mail one of the pros at the league office, or make a call.

Check the emails again. There should be a link in one that will direct you to the info you're asking about. Otheriwse, ermail or call the office and they will be able to help.

Also, VIP and Family are separate areas. If you did not get a pass for Family Camping, you may not be able to get in there.

The info with the ticket confirm clearly says the directions will be emailed closer to Vibes. Then it had the Travel Pass. No directions though. Haven't received an email with directions yet either.

Has anyone recently received the directions email?

last year it would have been Merrit to Turnbull exit, head south on Park Ave, Rt turn onto Univeristy?

I do have a family camp pass though since were bringing the kiddos this year. I hope I can easily get directed to family from the VIP entrance......I believe they're right next to each other??

from vip check-in, after you get searched, you get a golf cart escort to your site
you wont get lost
just be clear that you are going to family, not vip

They're close by so it shouldn't be an issue. Just wanted to make sure you had the Family Camp pass. What Dee said is correct--after you check in at VIP, ask to be directed to Family Camping.

I am soooo confused now. My friend upgraded my regular ticket to VIP. All I have is a ticket... no winshield thingy no Travel Pass. Who do I e-mail for these things?
