Question about Collaborating with Vibes Office to Transfer Tickets

What information do I need from the person I am buying from and should I call the Vibes office or do they? What information do they need from me?

They will need your name and e-mail address. When you pay the seller, the seller should call the hotline to have the ticket transferred into your name. You should then receive the ticket via e-mail from the vibes office.

This service is something we do for you to assist transfers among the Vibe Tribe - For several reasons this is not something that we will be doing right up until show.

**** we will only be issuing unique tickets for sales and transfers until Friday July 13th *****

After that its buyer beware - please be sure you trust the folks you buy from!

True for VIP and RV passes too? Or only regular camping?

for all types of tickets.

if you want to upgrade from weekend camping to VIP or upgrade from single day to weekend camping, etc, we will still be able to process those orders today and tomorrow, the 16th & 17th. the office will be open 10am - 6pm. 203.908.3030
