that's my old house.
and I love those people.
one of my favorite days ever.
was trying to explain to Caleb tonight how she was among the people that came from very far away to celebrate his 3rd birthday (and make me super happy). was the day she shared with me the recipe to holyguacamole and ate the vegan cookies I made for her. it was near her birthday and she was very happy with the wonderwoman lunchbox someone gave her. and today sucks.

Julia, you were just the greatest and I can't get over this. I'm balling my damn eyes out.
God damn people, remember to cherish every moment. EVERY FUCKING SECOND.

I am so sad right now. We were all so very lucky to have had you in our lives in one way or another.
You were so smart, so funny, so honest, and so real and I am so very, very sad that you've gone. My heart goes out from the other end of the earth to Brian, to your family and to all of your friends and loved ones.
I know that wherever you are now, the grammar and the sense of humour have both been improved. Thank you so much for your friendship

i first met her sitting around a campfire at frosty acres before the 2002 vibes. her quick wit and intelligence was even more impressive in person than her legendary posts here. absolutely charming woman.
PG called me earlier tonight and told me this sad news. really hit hard.
it won't ever be the same here.

Laughing at the hilarity and hijinks of her past posts.
"The Poking Stick"
When the Eagles lose a big football game to the Giants, the crew's friend Jodi becomes a hermit, and won't leave her
apartment for anything, taking comfort in the bottle and completing her daily activities only with the use of a poking
stick. Hilarity and mayhem ensue when Pat accidentally wanders off into the Pine Barrens for a backpacking trip with
Jodi's poking stick, which he thinks is a hiking stick.
The Sinking Ship
After losing all their girlfriends in the flood, the band members of Sinking Ship decide to pack up and head for higher
ground, bequeathing their sailboat to Mike. Hilarity ensues when Mike can't seem to keep the ship afloat, nor his
relationships with women! Meanwhile, Britt becomes the arm wrestling champion of Northern Liberties, and Pat freaks
out when he runs out of peanut butter.
Mike finds someone's journal under the sofa cushions and accidentally reads it. In it, the writer confesses to being
infatuated with one of their male roommates. Hilarity and hijinks ensue when Pat and Mike try to determine which one
of them Britt's hot for, with both insisting that it is them. Further hilarity and hijinks ensue when Pat and Mike end up
in bed together with nary a stich of clothing betwixt them.
The Air Conditioner
The housemates are at odds with each other when Pat thinks he's saving trees or something by constantly turning off
the air conditioner in the heat of the summer. Mike & Britt are jealous of zany neighbor Mario's air-conditioned ice
palace, and kooky frustrated neighbor Rob can't sleep when his air conditioner leaks all over his bed. It all erupts in
one hilarious neighborhood fiasco when Pat tries to steal Britt's air conditioner in the middle of the night, and a
rooftop chase ensues.
Pat, Britt and Mike are shocked when foreigner Patchoulia shows up on their doorstep from Canada unannounced!
Hilarity and hijinks ensue when they go against their better judgement and invite her to stay. Tension grows as it
becomes obvious that she's way cooler than any of them.

There was a special bond made between all of us on that RV in those days that followed.
I am terribly sorry for the loss of one so young and so vibrant. My deepest regrets and condolences to all those closest to her now.
She was a fun and spunky girl with a knack for impromptu performance acting. Tons of fun.
My hat would be tilted down to her and I would give roses as if this was merely her final performance at this venue before hitting distant lands.
