I hung out with him on a few occasions when I lived in Athens Ohio in 01-02. INCREDIBLE sculpture artist and jazz drummer. 99% of his carvings are of the female form with particular focus on the ass. Some of his full size work went for 10 grand plus at the time.

He had this barn at his house where one end of it he had his own quaint private night club where his jazz band would host jam sessions every thursday night by invite. Then as you worked all the way back through the barn you'd go from a room of carvings he's finishing to the next that is rough cut and then the back which is just stacked with big logs of different kinds of woods. The last room he called the ass in waiting room.

He was like 73 years old at the time and you wouldn't think him a day over 50. Amazing energy
