Very important info in these films...and I ain't just sayin' that because of who posted them.

Our food supply is becoming increasingly more dangerous, at risk and concentrated in just a few hands.

Food sovereignty, security and justice has become, to me, the single most important issue/difficulty we as a country and as a world face. If this one isn't addressed, I don't think any of the others will end up mattering...

Josh, with your interest in food culture, are you aware that many traditional seed varieties around the world are in danger because Western businesses have effectively been muscling them out? Seed varieties which adapted over, perhaps, centuries, to the areas they were being grown in?

Africa and India, mostly, from my understanding. Well, and here, as well.
