Whats the RV parking like? Are there any hookups? We were planning on bringing the camper but without electric it seems pointless. thanks for any help
Not entirely sure how they park RVs, but I'm pretty sure there is a hookup or two along the tree line. Plus, you need to know this, from the Bears Den forum:
ANY TYPE of RV (Class A, B, C or tow along trailer or pop-up) will be charged $50 for an RV pass on entry.
This is a charge the from the venue and is paid directly to them and not the festival.
Sorry for any inconvenience... see you at the festival.
fyi ... VW Van is not considered an RV.

I can go as far as Connecticut on my own- past that I'm just not comfortable with this vehicle. So...who needs a rider and/or gas money?

I would go if I could even if there was no music. What a great group of folks you got going from here.
Great! So we'll see you there? Wit needs a ride....perhaps you guys can drive together? Awesome! See you then
I'm going to have to work some charms for this I think. And I would love to see the birth of our beautiful gingerdragons! And Karen and JP 4 times in 4 months!

And I have seen it...
Doors open on Thurs at 6 pm for $10 earlybird entry. Not sure how late though. Last year it was until sundown. But I am sure all this is flexible.
Sundown might be an issue since I'm arriving between 1-4am Friday early morning. Looks like I'll have to hotel it up for the night or find a legit way in through other channels.

I would bet you can set up camp in the field across the street where the overflow campers are and then come in Friday am. Even if you stay there it's a short walk.

Look for the white cop car. You can't miss it. It looks exactly like a white, unmarked cop car. Look for the long haired hippie driving it and tell him you all took a vote and he has to leave because his car freaks people out.

I don't think I will be able to go because of a new job. But you guys have to do me a favor:
