I know the concert fields will dry up but there are good people that live there year round. If you're inclined say a prayer for these folks.

You could put Tabbooma, JP and Karen and I in an IHOP parking lot for the weekend and we'd have a blast. However The Spirit of Suwanee Music Park is a special place.

I think my favorite memory of the fest at Bear Creek was on Monday when the campers were working their way out and fully dressed Civil War Reenactors were working their way in. :)

One of my favorite places in the world. Hope it dries up soon. I remember a festival there that was so flooded that alligators were swimming up around the main stage area.

Welcome to Florida :) So much rain. I have not been out of the house in 3 days! The news is saying it's a 100 year flood event! 7 tornados have touched down in the area! It is still raining! Sink holes popping up all over. Hurricane season just started...it's gonna be a doozer this year!

yeah, i was going to say, there's no WAY the main field would be dry, it floods first as far as i've been able to tell. nbc nightly news was broadcasting from live oak last night.

will be looking for a new mark on the flood pole that's up at the outpost next time i'm at that venue

Pretty crazy since the river was REALLY low at Wanee this year. We canoed and scraped bottom a couple of times. Things do change quickly down there. I hope everyone's safe.

He'll be fine. That's one crafty rabbit. This was one time that left turn at Albuquerque worked out well.

Wow. That's about the precise site of our traditional "Triumvirate of Hammocks".

Wow... Thanks JP, was not aware that the rabbit sucked at directions, Hmmmm... why he is always luring Tabbooma down that hole? ;)
