If anyone has no plans this is part of New haven's international Festival of Arts and Ideas. Show is on the New Haven Green tomorrow night 6/23. Coolers are allowed.
If anyone has never been to a show on the green, it is very chill and a nice setting for a show.

This was possibly the best show I have seen on the green in New Haven. Caravan of Thieves were great, especially their cover of Bohemian Rhapsody. Great tsgae presence.
Carolina Chocolate Drops are so amazingly talented. what a pheniminal show with great stories behind the songs.
Was great hangin with Kris NYG and JWheels.
Caught Condormania's new band afterward with them after at Elm bar. Kawak was there too. I think Sean's new band was great and has a lot of potential. He mentioned that the band needs a name. Terry suggested "Hogtied". Its kind of an alt folk rock thing. Any other suggestions for a band name?

gimme some clues
i am good at this game
what are some song titles?
what *flava* are they?
what kind of a line-up is it?
Sean is fantastic, sounds like Tom Waits (during the good years). Add in a phenomenal bass player (tuned up playing Weather Report) and a great drummer, drumming on a box. Irish band meets folk/punkish. Pure awesome.

mcgyverock
spread the haight (if they use this, i need credit if they make it big, i have been sitting on this name for YEARS
)
almighty holla
thumperiffic
scoobysnacks
closet circus
pickadilly thump
i am just doing free association
might be going the wrong way, but this is how my mind is currently working
i like brawling chicken
soapbox bubbleheads
board of edumacation
the scrubby bubbles
save the condor
growlin seany and the reheaded stepchildren

some of these i am trying to be purposefully weird and out there
i hope that is abundantly obvious
bored boardies brigade
thrashing llamas
shakin bacon
emus in flight
improjam
hellbent strollers
autosave
between bars
ok, i could keep going indefinitely
if anyone who has seen them sees any that *fit* the feel of the band, let me know and i will use them as a jumping off point and have one more go at it
i love games that involve words
