I'm not picking up any sushi-grade fish for this evening (just don't want to spend the $ on our "lesson sushi") so we're going to used smoked salmon, shrimp, crab, and veggies. I'm thinking cucumber, shredded carrots, red pepper, avocado (if I can find one that is ready to eat) and green onions. Of course, we have tamari and wasabi to dip it into, and some pickled ginger to enjoy along with it!
I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions to share? Tofu crisped up in a pan, maybe?
If you have any suggestions, I would love to know 'em!
