We are hoping to get an artist to paint during our gig in NOV.

We play lots of Dead, Little Feat, Allmans, Meters, etc and like to jam.

To be upfront we cannot pay but would gladly promote you / your art in our pre-gig marketing and would also help you sell the art right at the show.

If interested email a sample or link of your art to uncleshoehorn@yahoo.com

You can check us out on facebook

Thanks

Ask changingredbeard about it. He's been doing it awhile and I'm pretty sure he gets compensation for his gigs, but he may be interested in the gig.

Edited to say: I threw him a PM with a link to this thread.

I won't be at the show, but am a commercial art student with no work experience (in that field) and would love to make anything premade you need as I am trying to build a portfolio. Do you need someone local, or can you use premade work? In addition, will there be a guarentee that you can provide photographs of the work at the event that would be protfolio worthy? What type of medium are you looking for? I can do anything but full oil based oil paints.
