my Sierra got asked to the dance...
I was wondering which one had you freakin. I'm with ya dude, this whole growing up thing, I was on board all along, but things have gone too far and it's got to stop!
All Tim talks about to Abby anymore is that he doesn't want her to have to raise a baby alone. He's totally flipped.

I was pleased to hear that this young man is in fact a gentleman, and apparently has been carrying Sierra books for her around school
I told the ex-wife.... "Be sure to whisper in his ear when you meet him... that "" Sierra's dad... he will cut a motherfucker.... got it??"" and them pat him on the back and give him a hug.

My Dad used to show off his gun collection to my dates.
i was gonna say answer the door in questionably tidy whities, invite him to have a seat on the couch, grab a baseball bat, stretch your leg up on the arm of that couch, and practice swinging the bat while you casually speak about curfew and the importance of remaining honorable at all times.

My Dad used to show off his gun collection to my dates.
my very first "real" boyfriend was an E3 in the USMC.
When he showed up to pick me up, my Dad was sitting in the living room straighening the medals on his dress uniform. Esp. the ones that said "Ranger" and his Combat Veteran stuff etc etc

Dropped my kid off at Summer Camp in East Bumbityfuck... Sunday afternoon. no access to phones or computers... them fuckers are supposed to call me with "48 hour" update cuz this is her first summer at this camp... don't trust them slick shiny camp counselor boys... I was sure to wear one of my more daunting t-shirts; you know, the kind that say... yep, I'll do it.

I was never allowed to go to camp.
I was never offered the choice
of course, I lived on a huge piece of land and life was pretty summer campy overall, with a lake a 1/2 mile down the road etc.
At any rate, got a letter from Sierra
