[Heady]

This was my first time at the ABQ Balloon Fiesta. I absolutely loved it. The event is 8 days long, and brings hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world. I went to a special shapes balloon glow called "Glodeo" (special shapes balloon glow) and the final mass ascension. I was surprised by the awe and joy I felt watching hundreds of balloons rise in rapid progression. You get to walk around the field and watch them launch, and can go right up next to the action. Even if you don't go inside the festival grounds, you can enjoy watching literally hundreds of beautifully colored balloons soar across the city. Highly recommended.

A couple of good friends of mine, twin brothers, own the bee balloons. They also had a clown balloon there last week, which I was able to fly in a few weeks ago. Amazing experience.

No kidding?! That was our favorite balloon!! We sat right by them on Sunday morning. They had 3, we only expected to see two. It was awesome!

They only have 2 bee balloons, a boy and girl. I don't know where the third one came from. They just bought another one, a purple haunted house. I don't know if they got it in time for Albuquerque though.

Heard the one upstate was a flop. My cousion has a ladybug balloon that was shipped out there.

which one? there were two this year and i heard good things about both of them, although it's not unusual for all the flights to not go off because of wind/weather.
