We're trying to come up with a single job title that reflects the following duties:

Managing the front office
Billing/Invoicing/Collections
Shipping arrangements and paperwork
Fulfillment
Project management
Not killing the cranky bookkeeper


Any ideas?

General Manager covers it. A fairly generic term to describe a job with multiple and changing responsibilities. Makes people think they are important too.
