yeah, sorry...i had an intense sciatica attack and a shitty-ass day at "work" yesterday compounded by issues with medical care professionals with their heads up their asses and was quite at the end of my rope...after a nights sleep (once i finally fell asleep), a flexeril and a long phone call with my health insurance company, all seems to be well, at least on that end...
work i can deal with, i guess, if i have to...and i have meds for my back, so i am back to being really. effing. excited.
