was feeling sore from that run the other day so i just went out on a short bike ride this morning...& yes the weather sucks balls today 
strength training tonight...should be interesting considering i haven't lifted anything other than laundry in the last 2 weeks

It seems like it. My belt's come in a notch and I'm a few pounds lighter. I use more resistance and lift more weight. The cardio is the hardest because it takes a lot more work to get my heart rate up to the target, and my legs haven't caught up to my heart.
