I think the best way to maintain your drinking/eating habits is to spend more time at the gym and doing cardio to get to the 175 you want.

This is the crux of all of our problems, breh. If i ain't did shit, but ate my normal amounts, then I end up gaining. Unfortunately for me, it ALL goes to the spare tire area and for a slim, guy, it looks ridiculous..... So i must maintain a daily exercise routine no question. :gop:

yeah, I had gotten down to 184 with more cardio last summer. I was doing 45 minutes a day solid. I need to get back to that, but it's tough to fit in on weight training days as that routine takes 45-60 minutes itself.

Brahnold. Vodka seltzers is even better than low cal gatorade. :smile:

My liquid intake: 1 coffee in the AM mon. thru fri. (weekends negated))
64 oz water daily (weekends negated)
vodka seltzer (3-4 at most unless well...unless)

A pint of low cal G2 Gatorade is only 40 calories

but I do has vodka in the house. :thumbup: no seltzer though :thumbdown:

Age and height. It does the rest. (Weight, BMI, Body fat and something else)

I dunno. I just have a hard time believing a scale is accurately telling you the correct information on body fat%. BMI is a straight calculation. Always the same. Not every 35 year old who is 3'11" and 148# has the same percent body fat.
