What the hell is cloggin the bowl?
I am currently 5'9", 168lbs 15% body fat, son.
Overall mass gain. Especially in my arms.
I eat a lot of egg whites, eggs, lean meat and an ass load of spinach.
You're eating a ton and it isnt sticking. So you must be cloggin' the bowl..I'm
Sounds like you are on the right track. You obviously just want to take wookettes to the gun show. I recommend doubling your arm workout reg. and then running and ab crunching off the rest of those cals to avoid a spare, spare tire.

Don't be hatin. Don't be hatin.
Do you know what a recovery drink with glutamine and phe and something else is? It says to drunk one but doesn't explain what it is or how to make it or where to get it.

Is the idea to help block protein breakdown...hence weight gain (muscle)?
I'd have to know the context to offer any real answers for ya,

I think someone who is 5'9 can still be pretty damn buff and only weigh 170.
I've got skiers thighs and ass. Most people are surprised to know how much I weigh.
Sounds like you are fat and claiming big boned'd.
It just says "recovery drink with Glutamine or something and some other shit".

Breh. I can find plenty of info as to what these things are and what they do. What I could not easily locate was where to buy them and how to consume them. I bought a bucket of glutamine and a bucket of bcaa from bodybuilding.com that you apparently mix with gatorade or some such shit. Guido meat head'd.
Jeebus,
What you describe here is right. You mix the powders in with water or your favorite shitty sugar "health" drink and consume. Remember not to consume too much as it will only work to a certain degree. Especially if you are rockin a beer gut. Remember, muscles are fat burning machines, while spare tires are for lazy rivers......
You should post some #1s in here and get the party started.
I just upped my ab workout again...

I picked it out the men's one for a friend of mine, a few weeks ago, and we tested it. He's still using it, says it's good. You can definitely feel it moving stuff around. But don't believe me, take it from JR:
