It is hard to eat all of this food. It is so much. So much.

Maybe you can see if that crazy chick from the fat people show (I'd hit it, though) has a book cause she is pretty ripped.

You could probably eat the same stuff, only less of it. Like half.

You must be cloggin' the bowl.....

are you trying for an extra spare tire or an overall mass gain?
I suggest getting super lean before attempting to do a calorie based "brawning".

What kind of items does this "book" tell you to eat?

What the hell is cloggin the bowl?

I am currently 5'9", 168lbs 15% body fat, son.

Overall mass gain. Especially in my arms.

I eat a lot of egg whites, eggs, lean meat and an ass load of spinach.

You're eating a ton and it isnt sticking. So you must be cloggin' the bowl..I'm  this needed clarification.

Sounds like you are on the right track. You obviously just want to take wookettes to the gun show. I recommend doubling your arm workout reg. and then running and ab crunching off the rest of those cals to avoid a spare, spare tire.

Currently 5'8, 187. Would like to get down to 175. prolly need to booze less, prolly

Is the idea to help block protein breakdown...hence weight gain (muscle)?

Seems like you might need a new "get buff for Vibes 2011" book, breh.

I think someone who is 5'9 can still be pretty damn buff and only weigh 170.

I've got skiers thighs and ass. Most people are surprised to know how much I weigh.

I am sure it explains why, but that chapter was boring so I skipped it. The point is to give the muscles the proper energy/food/whatever at the right time.

I googled it but didn’t come up with anything for “recovery drink with glutamine and whatever else shit”.

"Glutamine is a must for the muscle gainer. Glutamine an amino **** that the body uses to help your muscles combat the stresses of exercise trauma, lack of calories (dieting), or illness. Supplementing your diet with extra glutamine will help prevent muscle protein breakdown while you're asleep or dieting.

Numerous studies have proven that the levels of glutamine in the body decrease as the body is put through stress through exercise & weight training, making a person

Breh. I can find plenty of info as to what these things are and what they do. What I could not easily locate was where to buy them and how to consume them. I bought a bucket of glutamine and a bucket of bcaa from bodybuilding.com that you apparently mix with gatorade or some such shit. Guido meat head'd.

Jeebus, :halfstar: what kind of gnueb are you, son?
What you describe here is right. You mix the powders in with water or your favorite shitty sugar "health" drink and consume. Remember not to consume too much as it will only work to a certain degree. Especially if you are rockin a beer gut. Remember, muscles are fat burning machines, while spare tires are for lazy rivers......

You should post some #1s in here and get the party started.

I just upped my ab workout again...

I picked it out the men's one for a friend of mine, a few weeks ago, and we tested it. He's still using it, says it's good. You can definitely feel it moving stuff around. But don't believe me, take it from JR:
