I made fajitas with boneless short ribs from Costco tonight. 2.6lb for $14 and change. It came out amazing. What an awesome cut in terms of flavor and texture. I've had them prepared Korean style and otherwise...but never boneless and never at home. Wow.

how'd you cook em?

IMO, short ribs are the most flavorful cut from the cow. followed closely by ribeye and hanger

Dusted with seasoned salt and done on the flat top. Took them off, added butter to the juice and cooked the veggies.
