Cell phone car charger (cheap), extra toilet paper, comfortable footwear, gold bond powder, pre-made ice coffee in 1 gallon jugs, Dry Ice, frozen 1 gallon jugs of water (for cooler and drinking), battery powered tent fan, air mattress, battery powered pump for mattress, fresh batteries, flashlight...these are some of the things I often forget and wish I had.
