did you try calling the office? last i knew they had a waiting list for rv passes but that was a while ago...i would amazed if there were rv passes that remain unsold after how scarce they have been in past years

i sold my RV pass by calling the people provided by the vibes office. Its definitely the quickest and easiest way to sell your rv pass.
