Their packy downtown has one of the best beer selections I've ever seen. If anyone will have it, I'm sure they would. I forget the name of the place, but it's on the right on main street if you're traveling east right in the center of town.

Is Sierra Pale in a can not coming to the East Coast? I'm excited for that one too.

Its at my liquor store in RI. Had one with dinner tonight. Front of the can reads "can conditioned". My first reaction was that it tasted different, before I even read the label. Maybe not quite as hoppy/punchy as the bottles and draft. Not sure, could have been in my head or maybe the mouthfeel of the aluminum, i drank it right from the can.

Sierra Nevada cans are on the East Coast, they just aren't carried by a lot of distributors. I have only one place but i can get Pale Ale and torpedo cans there. Torpedo pounders are easily the best canned beer ever made

go to.. http://www.totalwine.com click on beer... you have to do lots of browsing to find the good canned beer... it shows inventory by location... as well, they ship to your house(depending where you live).. they have the sierra nevada torpedo 16oz cans for 6.99/4 pack

I like them all a lot, except the Pork Slap! I just can't drink it. It's usually all that's left in my cooler at the end of a festival if I bring the Butternuts sampler.

Sounds like they are working on increasing their distribution, albeit slowly. To be honest, I'm rooting for them, but I really don't want them to get too big.

I'm headed up there next weekend so I'm gonna stock up.. as much as I can afford anyways.
