I voted wrong.

I thought it was Carter, but turns out it was Nixon. I remember Carter, but I don't remember Nixon. From what I read, he was an asshole.

At the time I had no idea if Carter was good or not, but looking back I think he was OK.

Gerald Ford, he was after Nixon, right?

I was born in 73. I just looked up Carter and he was 76-81... and Ford was before that because he took the place of Nixon after resigning...

so anyway, I should have voted for Ford

Gerald Ford became Prez on August 9, 1974

so if you were before that it was Nix.

the "voting booth" was a plastic cup taped to underneath my teachers desk :lol:
