Just wondering if any surprise additions to the lineup are forthcoming. Is the schedule pretty much set? I know there are still 66 days to go but all I can freaking think about is VIBES!!

Anyway,...............................I'm hoping for an announcement soon myself! One in April last year so do we have one coming soon? Fingers crossed~

Thanks Smag...I just don't see the Avett Brothers closing the show Sunday...they're good but a bit of a letdown as a closing act. Am I the only one thinking this way?

i'm bummed that Keller is playing on sunday.. .. unfortunately,i will be leaving early afternoon on sunday... and i think keller will be playing later than when i leave.. But, it is still 64 days away... many things could change in my favor

I too think the lineup is perfect, but Ken was quoted by Billboard in this article that came out same day of lineup release "Hays says he's working on locking in a few more acts he hopes to announce soon." Haha, I got my hopes up for an even more perfect lineup. I attend GOTV regardless of lineup, but this year's lineup was made for me. We all know how long "soon" can be around here, but I doubt we get any more additions at this point considering we are now less than 50 days away. If I remember correctly, last year they added Max Creek, Donna Jean, and That1Guy few weeks before Vibes. Maybe we will get some of those kinds of bonuses. Pretty excited for the Vibes.

Friday Green Vibes artists include: Kung Fu, Dangermuffin & Yarn, David Gans and Twiddle.

Saturday Green Vibes artists include: Dopapod, Mates of State, Outernational, and Band Together.

Green Vibes artists include: Toubab Krewe, ALO, McLovins, Joe Pug, and Andy Music Man.

We are at 37 or so bands.artists and I believe past few years there have been about 40 bands so I can't imagine too much more being announced.

Agreed BUT a surprise guest would be AWESOME. ..maybe Vibes should consider a "Mystery Guest" in the future and don't tell ANYONE who they are...now THAT would be a lot of fun. Trying to keep it secret would also be fun and extremely challenging but I'm sure it could be done.

Last year, the initial line-up was on 3/14 with additions on 4/8
In 2010, initial line-up announced 3/23 with additions on 4/28
In 2009 it was 3/10 and 4/4
In 2008 it was 3/9 and 4/16
In 2007 it was 4/4 and 5/9

Just heard Axl Rose might be joining Phil & Friends onstage Friday night. Having recently recovered his jewelry, Axl is said to be celebrating by joining different festivals throughout the summer.
