anyone have any experinces with the stuff ?

i picked up a plant at the farmers market today.
supposed to be good in black beans, or with mushrooms.
i also saw a recipe for a cheeese, squash flower quesadilla that looked pretty good.

seems people love it or hate it, like arugala or cilantro

it's supposed to break up the gas causing nature of the beans.

will the beans still be good for my heart ?
