*Watched Season 1 episode 1 of Firefly.  I liked it.

The way Fox dealt with the show, it was almost as if they didn't want it to work - aired some episodes out of order, moved the night it was shown, etc.

 

It didn't really take off until it came out on DVD, and Whedon was able to do a movie ("Serenity") to try to tie up some loose ends.
