Thievary Corporation is awesome. It's two dj's and possibly a live band that play world music. the dj's control the sound of the live band. or if it's just a dj set it will still be pretty world music heavy
!!! is actually a band. they are kind of like a garage band with electronic/punk influence. I enjoy them a lot
A-Trak is a party DJ he actually was Kanye's DJ for his last couple tours. I've never seen him but am looking forward to seeing him at camp.
Paul Oakenfield is a legend from the 90's era. Will def be a highlight with quite a crowd.
Rich Aucoin is from Canada. It's indie electronica. Lots of operetic psychedlica mixed with bears. I dig his stuff
Not on the electro side of things but I saw The Dandy Warhols were on the list. They are one of my favorite bands I have never seen. Their album 13 tales of Urban Bohemia is one of my favorite Albums of all time.

Shemekia Copeland is Blues and she can fucking sing the daughter blues guitarist and singer Johnny Copeland.
Fishbone, go to that.
Mastadon, Fuckin A Metal, not a bunch of cookie monster sounding guys, but that said, heavy fucking metal fun.
The Melvins, usually pretty heavy stuff too, but more punk or at least not as Metal.
Holy Shit, Nickleback? why the fuck? That is one fucked up festival, lol.

thanks for the input
yeah i've known beirut has been booked for awhile really looking forward to them
maiden is bringing out a setlist from the late 80's
stoked for mastodon
oakenfold of trainspotting right that will be good
blitzen trapper
the hold steady
conor oberst
some good fun this year...very different for this fest
they are really sticking their necks out for this lineup
beer sales will suffer i think

Thievery Corp. owns! Never seen them live but they performed multiple sets for many a road trip.
Conor Oberst makes me want to cut my wrists (in a good way).
This is really a Blues fest?
I'd get wet before Mastadon and claw my eyes out. rarrrraaggggge!
Nickleback shouldn't play anywhere ever.
City and Colour makes the 19 year old hipster chick in me feel all sexy and loved. This would prolly be my number 1 must see that I'm not going to tell anyone I'm going to see because c'mon, seriously? whatever shutup i love dallas green
What's my mother f*ckin name?
Have fun! Lots of gems in there.

He was more referring to the fact that many of the acts were electronic not all of them. I would of suggested Chromeo but the last time I told people to see them they complained about it for a year. lololdpeople
We were just bummed the piano legs weren't wearing fishnets.

i would definitely not miss the following people from your electronic list...
paul oakenfold
!!!
mstrkrft
chromeo
theivery corp
they are all managable and a nice intro to the genre (i.e. you probably wont get annoyed and leave....unless the uh, 16 year olds scare you away, this will probably happen during skrillex and tiesto, although it might be worth catching for a few minutes so you can get scared away)
the sierra leone allstarts are worth checking out too

thank you for the help here
i'm keeping an open mind and embracing change here
i'll check out chromeo that sounds fun
yeah i went over to check out a bit of skrillex last year while on a ben harper intermission
i enjoyed the throwdown that it was while not particularly enjoying dubstep much
what i am looking forward to this year is mixing in the electro with the genres i dig
for example on the second saturday i don't have see skrillex headline the main stage instead i can:
dirty projectors on the river stage to souljazz orchestra on the electro stage to shemekia copeland on the black sheep stage
to beirut on the main stage 2 to mastodon on the river stage to 10cc on the black sheep stage
all in one day...that's what i find great about our festival right there.
really fucking happy to get iron maiden back again
