Buttermilk Cornbread Pancakes!
Buttermilk Cornbread Pancakes

Makes 5, 5″ pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
3 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Yes its dinner (or lunch? ) if you had a meal before it...its only breakfast (even if its a cheeseburger at 1pm) if its the first meal since you last woke

Besides...eggs and/or grits is a staple, anytime!!
