2 eggs, laughing cow cheese, sauteed broccoli, coliflower & onions, Frank's Hot Sauce, a slice of ham. A cup of coffee with 2% milk. A pint of water.
--> I eat almost the same thing every morning with only slight variation. It's low carb, high protein, and I feel full.

i cleaned out some cupboards last night and pulled down my mom's ancient, steel, electric egg cooker last night. i'm going to do poached in it today, i think. it will require some experimentation as the water measurerererer on top is broken so i'll have to guess. i can also do soft or hard boiled eggs in it.

#1's Nancy, I love that old kitchen stuff. Trying to fix up a 40's Sunbeam mixmaster right now. (a class project for one of my students, who's more into breaking down than reassembley)
And what ever happend to the classic soft boiled eggs. My folks always had the little cups and everything (way before I could handle a runny yolk)
