Got my blood sugar down to....

82, 88 and 111. You're suposed to be between 80 and 120. I was way up around 350. doin much better now.

hi Allison,

Well the big thing is that I wasnt taking insulin like I should have been and now I am. I've also made subtle diet changes. I use mustard instead of mayonaise, eat less cereal in the morning, cut back on soda in favor of ice tea.

nice changes .. do you use the glycemic index when you cook/eat?
