an awesome day overall

reconnecting with awesome soul sweat sisters tonight, exactly the right ladies I needed to give me the final push to take a class tomorrow (first one back is always the hardest!)

getting my taxes done in a week hopefully :) Which should mean a new bed, camera lens, or couch (hopefully a combo of at least two!)

Albany weekend keeps getting more awesome and closer!

awesome weather for errand running

amazing tutoring clients

new business opportunities

the universe providing me with exactly what I need exactly when I need it...sometimes I didn't even realize I needed it.

Motivation to clean get caught up

an AWESOME conversation with my 4 yo niece who shared many nuggets of wisdom with me...I think I may make a weekly phone date with her

a friend asking me for advice and then ending up spending over an hour on the phone with her (which is amazing since I do not love talking on the phone!)

my awesome friends overall

accepting what is instead of pining for what was/could be

Another night of wonderful music. First going to see Kenny and Amanda Smith at the Outer Space with Terry and my sister Diane and then maybe the Stella Blues Band at Stella Blues Bar in New Haven.

My husband....

My retiring professor at URI, it'd been last semester since my last visit and I stopped in today to chat. Every time I leave that man's office I am smiling. If I got nothing from URI but a piece of paper and the privilege to know this man, I am more than blessed for it.

Today I learned that this 70-something year old guy wakes up at 4:30am to feed all his animals (indoors and out) before taking care of himself and getting to school. THAT makes me so freakin' happy.:heart:.

Jason and i finally in recovery phase from a nasty flu virus
being healed by J's hippie juju
that in his flu haze, he sent his mom's birthday flowers to Winter the dolphin by accident :lol:
an interview today with a company known for happy, job-satisfied employees
being more in love today than ever before
being sung 'soft kitty' when i couldn't stop convulsing with fever...so soothing
knowing someone has my back in a way nobody ever has before
and my front too :devil: :lol:

reconnecting with a friend from 10 years ago out of the blue

enjoying my week off! It's so nice to enjoy being at home...even if it means not having my own car for a while

This past weekend's fun which included a wedding on Long Island and meeting and hanging with Mr. Met there; and playing a really fun gig for a biker's club to benefit one of their brothers in the hospital.
