Brussel Sprouts

Fry up a wee bacon, than some onions and garlic, toss in the sprouts, lil curry, salt and pepper.. when almost done add some butter and soft italian cheese. ;)

clean
cut in half
toss with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt
spread on pan
roast

I didn't like them until I was an adult. I think it's bc my Mom cooks them til they're mushy

Tabbooma never liked them either, now he digs them... Brussel Sprouts did help build America :)

i omit the onions...they just make the sprouts soggy....olive oil, bacon, and whole cloves of garlic....all aboard, welcome to Brussels...first stop crispy flavor town

Yum. Kashmir loves Brussels sprouts :drool:
Mayhaps I'll make some tomorrow. Tonight its spaghetti squash and roasted asparagus :D

well...if ur gonna add onoins and soggy em up anyway you might as well add a dash of balsamic..right at the end :jump:

i wonder if it would be possible to roast a whole brussel stalk on a rotisserie...and just pluck the sprouts off to eat
