Fry up a wee bacon, than some onions and garlic, toss in the sprouts, lil curry, salt and pepper.. when almost done add some butter and soft italian cheese.
i omit the onions...they just make the sprouts soggy....olive oil, bacon, and whole cloves of garlic....all aboard, welcome to Brussels...first stop crispy flavor town
