There unfortunately is no hope.............his time here with us will be marked by hours.
He is on maximum life support and i have run out of drugs to keep him going.
His family is insisting that we keep the machines going but his body is going to make the final decision soon despite the support.
Thanks so much for all the support and music suggsetions.................The family was stunned when they heard G.D. playing at his bedside thru the computer in the room.
I wish i could post pictures of the beautiful Furthur tatoos he has on his lt upper arm and his whole rt side and back.
Whoever did the art work is awesome.
I cant bring myself to ask his family.
The N.E.O. Bank came in last night and due to how long he was down for and how sick he is they dont want his donor organs.......despite getting re-signed up at the Furthur show on friday.
The family told me he was so happy thurs-fri dancing to the music with his adult kids at the shows.
Apparently this man also opens up his house to take in kids having a hard time and helps them get back on track.
I know i have seen him in the lots over the years but dont think i ever met him.
I am off today but donot expect he will be with us tomorrow.
Thanks again everyboardie for your support.........It really helped alot with his family to gain their trust and figure out what may have happened.
All i can say is please think twice before taking anything synthetically made and not organic whether you know its good or not.

as tough as you portray yourself to be, tony, i know this is breaking your heart 
draw your strength from knowing that you are family just like his "real" family is and they are blessed to have ended up with you to care for him during his last hours
i hope he passes peacefully with jerrys words and music echoing in his head
if one does indeed go to heaven, i hope this head gets to sit at jerrys feel and hear a sweet tune firsthand

I feel more perspiring lately.
Going to be a busy day.....Dialysis planned, mult new special iv catheters and monitiors with MD at bedside. and a head to toe cat scan i couldnt do all weekend cause he would have died.
Family is at least glad to see me.
Got the phil and friends 2002 vibes show playing.
Apparently this man has atteneded several Vibes with us all.

This dude was at Furthur Friday night, and is now on life support? How quickly life can change. A lesson for us all, give a hug, call a relative you haven't spoken to, but meant to.
I'm confused as well. Did he overdose on ecstacy?

pt took ecstacy at the show........was doing fine until the next mornig when the extremes in blood pressure from doing the drug caused his heart to have an arrythmia and an artery in his head to explode.
3rd time in 20 years i have seen this happen to reasonably healthy people.
He was taken off life support today and is now in the morgue.
