he just learned to ride a two wheeler.

he was so proud of himself, excited and exuberant, he would ride until he bailed, and then run back to where he had started from to go again. and kev or i would bring the bike back to him.
it helped him to have a destination in mind. his crowing achievement was when he went along a downhill slope, and wove through a crowd of people, and made it all the way to the far end of the park. he planned it that way.

we had fun in the park today, we went to his school and he rode around and then played there. another mom and her son, who is six, arrived, and the two boys were birds of a feather. action packed, dramatic and ready for fun. and his mom was great, we talked and laughed non-stop - which rarely happens to me, i tend to be shy in that kind of situation. so jeremy and i both made a friend today.
