Do you write down people's orders in some sort of order? (like clockwise, counter clockwise?)

Nikki I used to run a plumbing/heating business.... yeap you can fudge it... do they have a receptionist? you might not be answering phones... how big the place? they have guys on call 24 hours? i would think admin assist wouldnt be answering calls. Ask what they use for billing.... we used quickbooks pro for contractors..
