The ferris wheel is an excellent addition to the vibes!
But the ferris wheel operator last year was such a grumpy gus, it really harshed people's mellow.

Can we please get a happy operator this year?
I'm thinking a clown or a comedian, or at least someone with a half way decent attitude that doesn't scare hippies just trying to have a good time.

The best Ferris Wheel operator I've encountered was in Vegoose 06, the guy was the best. We gave him some "goodies" before going on the ride. The guy took us around about a dozen times and purposely stopped the ride when we got to the top every single time. So we got an excellent view of Vegas all lit up, it was during sunset going into dusk so it was great! Every time we thought the ride was over as he would let each cart of people off, when it came to our turn he would just keep the ride going. Crazy times for sure!!! Off topic, but it was the first thing that came to mind...

yes avoiding eye contanct with carnies is key...for some reason they take eye contact and smiling as acts of aggression

OMG! my first job was a carnival....my neighbor owned a few rides and a bunch of trailers......give me a break I was 12!. Ok ok truth is I would work for them anytime i was outta work and they needed me! Did it for years for extra cash! Yeap..tic tac toe 3 in a row 9 different ways to win......dont walk by give it a try!
