texts me and gives a casually mention of her girlfriend... :"Like I went to the show with my girlfriend".

I suspect it's an girl-girl relationship with HLA.

I thought maybe it would be a friend if she said "one of my girlfriends and I" but knowing this woman... she may have HLA with more than one woman and she also may have only one friend that's a girl/

I guess I'm gonna have to ask her.

yes, many women who enjoy HLA also enjoy the, um, things a man can bring to the table

(and i often use the phrase "with my girlfriend" in conversation, Ry...for what it's worth)

You know it took us 7 years and almost 3 years of her proving herself through facebook and stuff. She won a bunch of academic awards. Turns out she went out to the Irish Pub in town last night and had to switch her internship to tomorrow without informing me. I had a nice hour on campus at least. She wanted to meet tomorrow, but I'm not availible.

If only a nice boardie woman would show some interest in me.
