used to be able to delete entire posts on the old board, but i can't seem to figure out how to do it here.

I just adjusted the setting.
You should be now all be able to see "delete" option at bottom right... hover over to and click to choose.

FYI, If you want to delete a whole thread that you started you'll need to contact a VG

I think that being able to delet a post, whenever, is an essential option.
