Long Islands Great South Bay Music Festival July 13-15, 2012 Patchogue,NY...No Official line up.But magic 8 Ball says,,,,,,,Crosby & Nash,,,,Levon Helm....Jackson Browne.....Dead Bands usually are on Saturday.
Well, at least if the Vibe line up sucks, I can go get my hippie/Jerry fix here!

Even better...I was thinking tix@ 50 bucks...can't wait til they knock down all those flood zone houses so we can have a music and camping fest.i've got some insight on the lineup which i'm not allowed to announce yet, but trust me, even if they knock the day pass up $5, it's still a ridiculously good deal to see national, regional, and the the best local acts in our own backyard. GSB is a hell of an event, and it's only gotten better each and every year. last year's Umphrey's set alone was worth the price of a Saturday pass! same could be said the year before for the New Deal and KDTU. or the year before for Galactic. see where i'm going with this?

i'd estimate day passes at $30-40 tops, and weekend passes at even better discount. that's TBA, of course.
i highly doubt they'll ever make it a camping festival, because that would simply knock the prices way out of wack for what this has become, and the Village of Patchogue already sort of has their hands full with how huge this has gotten.

Does Levon Helm count as a dead band?
too soon.
That wasn't a joke, right?
it was, but too soon.
this isn't English, is it?
your post makes no sense. to stay on topic...GSB lost a wonderful opportunity to add the the history of this "new classic" of the Long Island music scene. fucking sucks.
