any more tips on running? I tested and moved up a rank in judo. training this summer to move up again in time for fall, get back on track.
Stretch a lot, start slow like a light jog to warm up for a few than gradually increase to your comfortable speed. Start out just doing a mile 3 times a week, and add some distance every few runs. Definitely don't go running for the first time and decide to run a 5K. You'll only hurt yourself and chances are you'll automatically hate running and never want to do it again.

Sounds like you've all gotten soft on me. That's fine. More poon for me to slay (MP4M2S)
I've still been playing tennis 3 or 4 times a week instead of hitting the weights during the season. It all ends with the club tournament Aug 7-14. After that, I'll be back in the gym.
Oh, and, I'm married, so you're welcome to slay all the poon you want except one.

just back from chest, shoulders and 30 mins cardio.
officially down 20 pounds since I joined the gym in November. Was 208 then, tipped the scale at 188 today.
of course, this will be very short lived with all beers I'll drink this weekend.
either way, pretty happy with my progress. done it all through exercise and zero changes to my diet. Still could stand to lose another 15 I'd say. Hopefully by ski season.
