I guess there will be days like that but I wish my emotions would just leave me the fuck alone some times. Makes everything so much harder. Ah well...like I said...it was an off day and I can accept not being 100% every single day.
Back at it tomorrow.

Socialist workout routines.

Damn TASB, who is that in that photo? How do they get those abs? (no homo)
CRB....any workout is much better than no workout. Especially when you really don't feel like doing anything.
You get those abs from dragon flags. I posted the page for that a while ago. There's no easy way to do it.

Dragon flags. Will look at that. There has to be more to it....cardio routine? diet? exercise? (no homo).
It's simple in theory and hard in practice.
1) Get lean (<10% body fat) through diet/exercise/etc.
2) Do crazy abs exercises like dragon flags and ab roll outs to get ripped.
3) Impress chicks.
That's all there is to it in theory, although in practice none of those steps comes easy.

Item 1 is the most difficult, for sure.
You may be underestimating the dragon flags (and possibly chicks too).
The exercise is to go from here:
To here:
And back again with your back and legs straight and toes pointed for a set of 10.
That's hard core, brahmigo. Like Bruce Lee hard core.

looks like it would put a lot of strain on the neck.

Been at it all week and definitely making progress. I can feel it and I'm noticing a bit of loss in that tire.

Soccer season starts at the end of the month so I have started jogging again. That will also help. It is just too cold to jog outside in the winter.
Tried dragon flags yesterday. I can get up, but that's about it.
I did do a different exercise, though....in between sets. Abs are sore today so it worked. Will continue. Someday, I might be able to do a dragon flag. Some day might.

Abs are toughest for me, too. That's where the majority of my body fat is, in the middle. I've good upper bod strength but I'm just a spare tire in the middle and it's tough doing the ab workouts.

had a tire my whole life. I think the 'six pack' will always be elusive for me. I'm not willing to give up all the various foods I like that contribute to the tire.
Even in High School when my metabolism was obviously much better, I played football, skied 5 days a week and played lax, still had a tire.

I tore the gym up today....back on top. Increased weight on pretty much everything today which was nice. Back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders...I reeeeeally went at it hard today. Did the ab workout (only two reps, though) and then ran a little over 2 miles.
Shit yeah, son! I also walked about 2 miles afterward and ate an amazingly delicious organic salad. Yum!

Been going hard and steady too. Yesterday was kinda like a off day but I still went in and hit my traps & calfs and did 40 mins. of cardio. Arms are still sore from sat(hit them good) but I will be doing back and abs this evening.
Keep up the good work!!

I did this arm workout today. Holy shit. It rocks. I could not do 21 reps of the first exercise. I couldn't even do 12.

Dude, that's like Jersey Shore crap. Biceps are the most useless muscles in your body.

But I feel great right now. Tomorrow is back, abs, legs and more cardio. Next week I'm starting a new regiment. Lower numbers of exercises, but will maximize muscle gain over time. The added bonus is having basically a different work out almost every day.

Feeling mega good right now. I start practicing Copeira soon with a cute girl friend of mine, too.
