I just do everything. 3 days a week when I'm being good. I use 15 different machines at the gym and just rotate through them: stomach, arms/chest/back, legs; stomach, arms/chest/back, legs......etc. finish up with a couple of free weight exercises for arms/shoulders. Usually takes about an hour 15 minutes.
