Brahs...the scale aint lying. I gotta drop about only like I'd say like well I guess none. I am at a cool enough weight, but too much is in the midsection area. Gotta do more cardio. Blah.

probably not tonight. my wife, fellow boardie is in the other room. she didn't shower this morning, but I'm not sure if that qualifies her as a wookette.

I just do everything. 3 days a week when I'm being good. I use 15 different machines at the gym and just rotate through them: stomach, arms/chest/back, legs; stomach, arms/chest/back, legs......etc. finish up with a couple of free weight exercises for arms/shoulders. Usually takes about an hour 15 minutes.
