I'm just getting into the craft and could use a few pointers.... I have some killer ideas just kinda need some tips and pointers or websites that have free instructions and help.

yeah its behind the fountain of wire at the top... kind of hidden but its there.... Thank you for the complimets tooo

Yes!!! Tips would be awesome!! I'm kinda doing this from what I see from other peoples wrapps... i would love some actual tips and pointers.

Thanks LoLa and Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement everybody! I'm out of wire at the present moment but I'm getting some soon.... I'm dying to try some new things, hopefully the wire will cooperate.

Ok this has taken a bit more time then I wanted its been fickle to say the least. Pics should be up today! Just trying to set the stones right and tighten a few loose ends.

Ok just finished and here are the pics of my new peice titled Hatchala Chadash (New beginings) Created on NYE and New Years Day

Stones Are: Watermelon Tourmaline, Green Tourmaline, Peridot, Blue Kyanite.

Its hard to say how long it took to learn the basics.... the first pic in the thread is the first thing I did. Soo I would call that the basics. If you would like I could pm ya some tips that I picked up to start ya out. Its pretty rewarding!

Now I'm working on some copper things... one is a pretty big sculpture called "Peace Homie" should be done tomorrow and another copper wrap that I have the basics done but keep getting frustrated with detail work and cutting it off.

Newest wrapp titled "Courtsey of CrystaLine" copper wire wrapp. This piece was created out of scrap wire from work and has a chunk of Green Tourmaline and a marble of Red Tourmaline and Herkimer Diamond

Yes donna i'm goning to start some wrings soon.... actualy going to work on a wire wrapped pair of cufflings for my friend tomorrow. I have two more pendants to post pics of but I've been lazy. I'll do it tonight

Wrapp for Kia.... a polished stone wrapped in stearling and fine silver. This wrap is totaly revirsable and looks cool from either side.

A Copper wrap with two pieces of Double Terminated Tibetan Quartz, a piece of Black Tourmaline and a Calcite window pain. This piece is super abstract and the pics do not do it justice.
