Last year they did this on a limited basis almost at the last moment. Hope they do again. Be cool if there were a lot of boats anchored off shore.

Boats are always anchored for the fest, believe they let a few enter from a dock in the harbor, have heard a local boat club was trying to organize something... Tabbooma will volunteer to man the cannons from the shore if them boaties get out of hand and naturally have on hand some duct tape and partially eaten chicken wings
