Have you ever seen either of them on an album of non Christmas songs?
No. You haven't. And you won't. Because they're Christmas songs and they're only on Christmas albums.

They're winter songs not holiday songs.
And she won't meet anyone on this board because she thinks you're all too hateful.
I can understand her fear.
If you both think we're all too hateful, you two should ride off into the sunset, hand in hand and live happily ever after.
But ser.biz. Why do the two of you hang around here if that's how you really feel about us?

But, there is a Lord of the Flies element that this place takes on once in a while. It's just human nature I guess.
I just said I understand her fear. I didn't say I agree with it.
And then people say that I put words into their mouths... wow...
I doubt we'll be riding off into the sunset ever seeing as how we've chatted online here for almost 10 years and haven't ever met.

why do you care whether I do or don't?
...and so it begins.
I care from a sociological perspective. 99% of people post here with the intent of making friends, meeting life partners, and sharing in the groove to coin a phrase.
You've so eloquently pointed out that you have no interest in any of those things. That statement makes me wonder why someone would post to a message board, and engage in social interaction with no intent of being social.
Add to that your perennial standoffish behavior, and it just points to one thing...troll.

I guess that makes me part of the 1%
so sue me
if you don't care for my posts, use the ignore feature
it's not rocket science
You're definitely like the 1%.
I ask you an honest to goodness, well written question...
You give me a form letter with the same thing we've heard ad nauseum.
Why can't you just be honest? We may all understand you better that way.

congrats on your special question
The question is within my statement. You must really enjoy going back and forth, fighting with people and annoying them. We're all just trying to understand your M.O. here, that's all.
I know you've met boardies in person...but you acted weird and ran away...

There is no question to me in that statement. You can wonder about me and my behavior all you want. I don't mind.

I've met a couple here and there, yes.
If saying hi, how's it going or something similar is acting weird, then yes, I guess I acted weird. Have never run way.

The question remains: why bother posting here if your only intention is to stir the beehive and be rude to people while not making any effort to make real connections?

Just because it doesn't have the word Christmas in it doesn't mean it's not a Christmas song.
Have you ever seen either of them on an album of non Christmas songs?

Just came to point out that you're wrong, it is not technically a Christmas song. It's a wintertime song that The Man has appropriated and shoved down our throats every Christmas...but that doesn't make it any more about Christmas than it is about Easter or Halloween.

Show me a non-Christmas album this song is on.
You can't. because it's a Christmas song.
And it sucks when you're forced to listen to it 5 times a day.
