I would be happy to trade some suds man. Im also a home brewer (8 years & counting) & worked in a microbrewery for over 3 years brewing & bottling & tours, exc, exc. Always down for somthing new! Im a imperial stout kinda dude in the winter months. The higher the gravity, the happier I am! Strong IPAs, & pale ales. Braggots are another fav. (if you can find them! I gave up & brew my own now. Last batch turned out 16.7%!). Send my a message & we can set somthing up!

Cheers! <(_)

Just cracked the first few of a batch of Hefeweizen I made last month this weekend and I think they turned out fantastic. I hate wasting my homebrews on people who are afraid of anything but Bud and Coors light but wouldn't it be really expensive to ship beers I could probably find at Beers Of the World? I thought you were talking Home brews.

That's what I love about Beers of The World. Three locations here in Rochester with a huge selection. Best part is you can buy everything by the case (if they come in cases), 12 pack, six pack, and even individual bottles. Nice to walk in and grab an empty 12 pack and go crazy. Get's expensive but nice to be able to try new beers without commiting to a $10 six pack.

Totally. Portland has some of the best beer stores in the country. But breweries are limited in their distribution. check out the chart here Most breweries only get to a few states. Even in Oregon there are good brews that we can not get.

And I guess I'm also at the opposite point right now in where I am searching out new local stuff of which there is a lot. NY state brewing is growing quick and add the Finger Lakes wine region there is a lot of fantastic local stuff to discover.

I use it all the time. I use priority mail boxes & wrap everything in bubble wrap. Have been doing it for years. Just tell them its liguid & fragile. They ask whats in it I tell them maple syrup or home made jams. That way the box is marked glass & fragile.

Resurrection (Pale Ale) --- Easily one of the best and my favorite I've come across in my 5 years so far in Baltimore. Comes in cans too which is just great for festivals.
