In 2006 while training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual Marathon in Atlanta Erin was ironically diagnosed with leukemia. She went through lots of battles with radiation and chemo...and finally underwent a stem cell transplant.
Erin has been cancer free for almost 2 years now.
And I am very happy to say that in the past 2 years, she married her boyfriend....and they had twins. Erin's sister donated eggs so Erin could carry the babies (because the chemo killed all of her own). Anyway, her twinfants are about to be 6 months old. They're healthy and beautiful.
Anyway...I know that lots and lots of you posted in Erin's Healthy Vibe's thread. I thought I would let you all know, it worked.
