most of the time if there is a limitation it's within a certain radius during a certain time around an existing show... at least that's how it typically works with tours, it may be a bit different when you're talking about festivals

Being that they're the same weekend, I'm guessing there might be some overlap. Although Ohio is a pretty long drive for most of the North East....

What folks have to remember here is that AllGood is a festival. Gathering of the Vibes is a gathering. So while AllGood might have big name bands like Flaming Lips or even Phish, you will see the performers that have made up your Summer memories for the past decade or more. You'll see and make more friends at Vibes especially if you're from the Northeast.

Ive done both the past 3 years, worked at AllGood and went to Vibes
I know if it comes down to Get paid to go to AllGood or Pay to go to Vibes I will be in Ohio

I get that a few Dead cover bands are part of the deal, I only ask that Phil is infected with a non-painful form of laryngitis.

Other than that, I've started to have faith in Ken's judgement when it comes to making a kickass lineup for Vibes.

i would rather hear phil (who has actually been in good voice lately, imho) sing a bit and perform with phil and friends than see jazzbobby
if you can assure me that bobby took his blue pill and that he will have some enthusiasm, or best case (imho) scenario, shed some spittle, i am all over that...otherwise, bring me phil and friends
